We have a furnished room in a private house with a neighbouring large nature area and a huge park with a beach, so there is optimal conditions for outdoor walking, running etc. The location is very close to Aalborg University. You will have your own kitchenette facilities ('tea kitchen') and your own fridge with freezer placed in a shared area. From this area there is direct access to your room without passing our living rooms. You will have your own bathroom. From the room you have a door to a small part of the garden for your use. There is 600 m to Metro, bus and supermarket and 5 km to the city centre. Biking is an easy way to get arround. Cooking hot meals has to be limited due to the weak ventilation and our allergies. So you should be satisfied with heating your meals in the microwave most days and in general avoid frying food and avoid heating spices. The rent includes everything: internet, electricity, heating, water and use of the washing machine. We are a retired couple in our late sixties who both have worked internationally. We appreciate nature and emphasis sustainable living. The house has solar cells to reduce our CO2 impact. Write about yourself and explain why you would like our place.
