Two rooms in the floor plan of our house are rented out. Tenants have access to shared toilet and bathroom and a utility room with fridge and kitchenette. One of our tenants is leaving shortly, so one of the rooms is available for rent from or later than the 1.st of February 2025. Our house is located in beautiful and quiet surroundings in Gl. Holte. From our house there is 8 km to DTU and 24 km. to the center of Copenhagen. Transport to DTU is 20 minutes by bike and approx 25 minutes with public transportation. Transportation to the center of Copenhagen can be done in 50 minutes. We have 3 friendly Golden Retrievers at home, so you must not be afraid of dogs. Our home is smoke-free and smoking is not allowed on our property. There is WiFi in the house with free access to the Internet.
