There are 2 cats in the house, so you are not allergic and you like pets. Besides you are vegan/vegetarian and you study or have an internship at CBS, KU, Science or similar. There is a metro station down the street and plenty of bus lines. Few minutes walk to Frederiksberg Have, a nice recreational park and in the other direction you find the city center after 10-15 minutes walk. Plenty of shopping possibilities close to the apartment, both super markets and special shops. You can rent the room for 1 to 4 semesters depending if you do your bachelor or your master.
