You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, and a lovely backyard. About You: You are a clean, quiet, and considerate woman over 30 years old. No parties, or smoking inside the apartment. You are reliable with rent payments. Preference is given to those looking for a long-term stay.
