About the house: Fully furnished 90sqm two-floor townhouse in Vestamager, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), living room, dining room/kitchen and terrace. There's underground parking, free for bikes, paid for cars. Smoking allowed on terrace and in front of main door. 550m to Vestamager metro station, which takes you to the city center (Kongens Nytorv) in 12min. 400m to REMA1000. 190m to the nature park Kalvebod Fælled. From Ørestad train station (one after Vestamager, or walking 1.2km) one can get to Copenhagen Train Station in 6min and to the airport in also 6min, perfect connection in between! About the room: 12sqm (to be exact is 11.84sqm mine is 11.88sqm), both bedrooms are on the first floor. Comes partly furnished with mirror, curtain rod, a pair of gray curtains (or blue, you can choose), and a built-in closet (cannot be removed). About the living conditions: - Couples: house is shared, common areas are fully furnished. Electricity and other extras are equally shared amongst the 3, there will be a cleaning schedule for each person to clean the house. On the other hand, if you’re just looking for a room we can agree on 4 000kr/each and same conditions below (for singles) apply. - Singles: only room, access to kitchen for cooking, a cabinet in the kitchen area, half the fridge and a drawer in the main bathroom. Electricity and other extras are equally shared between the 2, there will be a cleaning schedule for each person to clean the house. About the rent: Total rent of the house excluding electricity is 15 600kr/month, I will still cover a bigger percentage than the rest, after some calculations the following options are available: Rent: - Couples: 5000kr per person inclusive warm and water + electricity consumption + cleaning person once a month + toilet paper/oil/household items. - Couples: only room 4 000kr per person inclusive warm and water + electricity consumption + cleaning person once a month + toilet paper/oil/household items. - Singles: 6 000kr inclusive warm and water + electricity consumption + cleaning person once a month + toilet paper/oil/household items. CPR yes. Contract for a year with the possibility of extension. Deposit: - Couples: 2x10 000 = 20 000kr - Couples only room: 2x8 000 = 16 000 - Singles: 2x6 000 = 12 000kr No pre-paid rent. No pets. About me: 33-year-old soon 34, working full-time, work from home 1-2 times a week, take care of dogs sometimes so you should be okay with them, am a bit of an early bird. After work you find me in the living room chilling having dinner while watching some TV or reading, from time to time I make dinners at home with my friends. I love nature and staying active (climbing, gym, SUP, MTB). I travel a lot, so am not in the house about 1/3 of the time each month.
