I rent out a nice furnished room in a shareable flat. The flat is newly restaurated with new windows, floors, heating radiators, bathroom and kitchen. I live on the ground floor and this flat has its own independent entrance on second floor. You will have to share flat with 2 other roomies. There is a kitchen and seperate area for common dining. There is a bathroom with washingmashine. Its very near Dyssegaard s-station. To the center of Copenhagen it takes approx 12 min by train. To DTU it takes 20 min by bike. Further there are busses going to Lyngby very near the appartment. You will have to share cleaning duties with other roomies. by cleaning common areas every second or third week. The rent is including heating, eletricity, water and internet.
