The room is 11sqm and is 6080kr a month, it has one large window and one floor to ceiling window that looks out across the City. The room is available for move in the 1st February. The room will have a deposit of 3 months laid down as a security deposit, and the last month pre paid. Electricity is settled every month after usage split between us. The apartment will be shared with me, I work as a carpenter and am lucky enough to have a studio space in the centre where I am working on a webshop to sell the extensive storage of vintage menswear and mid century furniture that I have. The other room is taken by Matheu, he is working at a high profile restaurant in the city in an impressive position for his age, he is driven, organised and down to earth. It goes without saying that I would like people with experience living with others and who prioritise cleanliness and order in their lives.
