Because the apartment is in 2 levels you will have a lot of privacy as well at the grown floor. About you: You must be a respectful and clean individualist with a steady income, who likes to interact and who understands the boundaries of sharing an apartment. You have moved on from the crazy party life but you still like a glass of wine or some cocktails every now and then but not every weekend. When having friends over you must take into consideration your neighbours past curfew, as people with kids and busy lifes lives next door, who likes it quiet.
