We are subletting our sun-filled, furnished apartment in center city Copenhagen. Ideal for a single tenant or couple, this top-floor walk-up apartment gets direct light all year round, and is a cozy hideaway through the winter months. This apartment is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, and dishwasher, and comes fashionably furnished, including a work-from-home station with adjustable standing desk and Chromecast enabled TV. The backyard of the apartment has a private patio and bike storage. It’s the ideal landing pad in Copenhagen, near a well connected S-Tog and Metro station (Norreport), across the street from a lively hotel and bar-bistro, and just over the bridge from vibrant nightlife in Norrebro, as close as you can get to the lakes. We, the leaseholders, are out of the country on work assignment and looking for clean and responsible subletters. Start and end date potentially negotiable, but the preferred candidate(s) will move in December 1 and move out either April 1 or May 1.
