We are an international Swedish-Lithuanian couple and we rent out a modern 82m2 unfurnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen combined with living room area and 2 balconies at Markmandsgade, North Amager. The rental period is 6 months (shorter possible - let us know) as we are traveling and we are looking for someone to move in between March 17th and April 1st. After our trip we will move in ourselves. Our apartment comes unfurnished and it's already equipped with practical amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and two built-in wardrobes. We're looking for tenants who appreciate the convenience of our central location on Markmandsgade, with an array of restaurants and cafes just a minute's walk away. You'll also love the proximity to the green walking area along the water, and the short walking distance to Christianshavn and Amagerbrogade Metro stations. If you prefer to bike, you can easily reach the city center, Islands Brygge, and Amager beach in just a few minutes.
