Hii! I will be subletting my cozy apart for three months :) I am looking for someone clean and tidy, who will take care of it while I am away! Bonus points if you are good with plants :) It contains: - two bedrooms (one big and one small): big bedroom with a double (160cm) bed, two nightstand tables, a desk, a set of drawers, two mirrors, and a big closet. Small room with single bed, a desk, a set of drawers and a mirror. - cozy living room with living/dinning/office areas - kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Includes pots, pans, and all kitchen utensils. - bathroom with separate shower. - Water, heating, electricity and wifi included in the rent. The apartment would be available from the 1st of February until the 4th of May (although i wouldn't charge for the additional days in may). The apartment is fully furnished, and it should contain everything to make it liveble. I will remove my personal belongings, and we can make an agreement on what I can additionally leave or if you want me to take something out. The move in price includes the first and last months' rents, and a month of rent as deposit, which you would get at the end of the tenancy if everything is okay :) It is located 15 minutes biking from the city centre (Norreport), has access to public transport (several buses and walking distance from metro and train station) and supermarkets, gym and bakeries. It also has a furnished balcony that you can enjoy once the weather gets better! Contract and CPR registration are okay! You can rent it for one or two people! I can make separate contracts for each room, but I would give priority to someone who wants to rent the whole place! Let me know if you want to arrange a physical or online viewing of the place! :)
