Hejsa we’re subletting our 70m2 apartment in Sydhavn for 3 months from December 1st to ~March. The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Mozarts Plads metro station. Rent (incl. wifi, electricity, water, etc) is 11,000 kr per month and the deposit is 15,000kr. It is a 3 room apartment with a bedroom, a spare room we use as an office, kitchen/living room, a balcony towards west and a proper bathroom with a washing machine. Couples are welcome, but only one person can register CPR. The apartment is currently furnished. The amount of this is negotiable, but we'd like to leave big furniture (couch, desks, tables) in the apartment.
