We are renting out our 3 bedroom apartment (67 sq mt) from October 15 2024 to January 15 2025. The apartment is very central and close to Christianshavn Metro Station, grocery stores etc. The area is quiet and idyllic, very close to the canals and Christianshavns Vold. The apartment is ideal for both singles and couples and features a spacious living room, dining room, and a small bedroom with a double bed (1.6 meters wide). The bathroom includes a shower niche. The apartment will remain fully furnished for the rental period. The rent is including internet, water and gas. Electricity is paid directly from the tennant to the provider. The building has laundry room available for a usage-based cost. As we are going to travel for three months we are looking for someone to take care of our lovely place in the meantime.
