As I am still living abroad I am renting out my fully furnished 3-room apartment in Nordvest for a maximum of 2 years. The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is also the top floor. You will have access to the communal garden and an attic storage room. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The living room is very bright and especially in the afternoon in summertime there is lots of sunshine coming through the windows. The kitchen is attached to the bathroom and has a dishwasher and induction cooking. The bathroom has a separate space for showering. In the hallway there is a washing machine which also has a drying function. The apartment is located in Fuglekvarteret (“The bird-quarter”), a nice residential area. Nørrebro train/bus/metro station is 800m away, Netto/Fakta is 300m away on Frederikssundsvej. Copenhagen centre is just 10-15 minutes by bike/bus and there are plenty of nice cafes/bars within 5 minutes. I hope to find a nice renter for this apartment which I enjoyed living in a lot, it will be available from the beginning of April. It is ideally suited for 1 person or a couple.
