SHORT TERM :) I am renting out my apartment short term while I am travelling for work. The period is: 22nd of Jan to 6th of March 2025- however I can a bit flexible on the dates :) Perfectly located penthouse apartment with a balcony in central Copenhagen - there is an elevator. The apartment is located close to green areas as Fælledparken and the lakes as well as shopping, theater and café life in the trendy part of Østerbro - and not least within walking distance of downtown. Also, the new metro line (Trianglen) is 5 mins walk from the apartment, which connects to all main attractions in Copenhagen. The apartment includes: - 1 main bedroom with wardrobe - A stylish bathroom with separate shower and toilet. - Beautiful kitchen / living room - with access to a balcony facing the courtyard, so it is completely silent. - The apartment is completely newly renovated (October 2024) The apartment is rented out fully furnished, so all furniture, kitchen equipment, towels, bedlinnen etc will be there to use. I have a smart tv in the living, where you can login to your Netflix and other accounts as well. The price for the whole period is DKK 18.000 including everything: wifi, heating, water and electricity. There is a deposit of 10.000, which you will get back once you leave the apartment fully (professionally) cleaned and no damage to furniture/apartment :)
