The apartment is completely furnished and consists of a living room/dining room, bedroom/study, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room you will find quality furnishings: Eilersen sofa with detachable, moveable chaise, Børge Mogensen reading chair and custom made sofa table. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV with a YouSee cable package and streaming with with HBO, Prime, and Netflix. Your own tunes can be streamed via Bluetooth on the attached sound bar. The glass topped dining table has been custom built. The bedroom is reached through French doors from the living room. There is a 2 x 1.60 m double bed with reading lamp and a double IKEA PAX wardrobe with built in lighting for your clothes. There is also a desk and office chair for work. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances: gas stove and oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. There is a microwave and quality toaster. Plates, dishes and eating utensils of the highest IKEA quality are provided and there is more than adequate space for dry goods. The bathroom has all the necessary equipment and the shower nozzle has an amazing number (7!) of different settings. You will have unlimited use of the washing machine/dryer in the basement where there is also space to store your bike. I also have a storage room in the basement where there is some very limited space should you need to store something temporarily. Rental costs cover ALL apartment expenses: heat, electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, streaming services, washing machine/dryer. All shopping can be done by walking up to Godthåbsvej, two minutes away where you will find a Netto, Super Brugsen, Rema 1000, dive bar, shawarma joint, tailor, etc - you get the picture. There's a park across the street if you're a runner. You are at least 25 years old, single or a couple with no children and are either students or have full time, verifiable employment. No pets.
