The apartment has very good sunlight all year around, it is perfect for 1 person or a couple. It has a big living room and one bedroom with 4 section of clothing storage. 2 balconies facing to north and south direction, no buildings blocking the sight. Great location, ~5min walk to big lake, ~1km walk to KB hallen station (F train) and Vanløse station (C, H train, Metro). The building has laundry room and bikes parking space in the basement. Also 3 hours car parking around. Neighbors are quiet and easy going. There are several green area in the neighborhood for relaxing as well.
