I'm subletting my cosy 2-bedroom apartment from the 5th of January until the 30th of June 2025 (with the possibility for extension) while I'm abroad. The apartment is around 55 square meters and consists of one bedroom, bathroom and one living room with a built-in kitchen. It is fully furnished including kitchen utensils. There is a common laundry room in the building. It is located directly by the beautiful canals in Teglholmen in the newly built Southern Harbour area. So you just need to step outside the door to hang out by the water when the sun shines :) Netto and an excellent Italian supermarket are just opposite. The brand new metro line M4 is just a 5 minutes walk away, which takes you to the central station in less than 5 minutes. By bike it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the city centre and 5 minutes to Vesterbro and the Meatpacking District as well as the Fisketorvet shopping mall. I'm looking for a clean, responsible and reliable person to take care of the apartment. Ideally you would be able to take over on the 5th of January. As I know the struggles of starting out as an international somewhere else, I would love to help out internationals new to Copenhagen. So if you are in the city for a few months only or if you are looking for a comfortable base to be able to start out in the city for the first few months, the apartment would be ideal for you. Please note that the apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple, but it is not suitable as a shared apartment.
