Apartment with a living room and bedroom. Not suitable for sharing but best for couples or couples with a small child. The apartment is available from mid December to end of April. Price is 10.000 pr month including all. The apartment is on a great location just outside of the city, so it is calm yet you can hop on your bike and be at Nørrebro or Vesterbro in 10 mins. There are grocery shops downstairs, Netto next to the entrance, Super Brugsen and then Rema a bit further up the street. The shop Normal is also just downstairs and also the coffe shop Riccos and an Italian pizza restaurant DaFabio. The apartment will be with furniture and kitchen appliances. There is a queen sized bed and also a kids bed (0-4 years). I will remove the kids bed if you are a couple without kids. There is a gas stove. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement and shared with the whole building. The bus 2A stops in front and Grøndal train station is about 100 m from the address. Flintholm metro st is 1.5 km from the apartment or one stop with the train from Grøndal.
