Across the street you will find busses and the metro that in 5 minutes will take you to the city center. In the house you find a separate small studio apartment with own bathroom and a small kitchen. From the apartment you will have access to a shared garden. (Shared with one other tenant) The main entrance is shared too. The kitchen is not suitable for big cooking, but you will find a small refrigerator, toaster and an electric kettle for your morning coffee. - Strictly non smoking apartment, also in the shared garden. - Parties not allowed in any way.
