The residence has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, parking for bikes and a gym that is free to use. There are also common areas and shared kitchens for each floor. The monthly rent is 10,000DKK + 550DKK utilities. You need to pay 20,000DKK deposit + 1st month rent before moving in. I am looking for someone who can move from the beginning of October.
