We are renting out our amazing and bright apartment at Nørrebro from 1st May. The 182m2 apartment has three rooms, three living rooms, a newly renovated bathroom with a toilet plus a separate toilet, a kitchen, a large balcony, and access to storage in the attic. We are looking for a couple or 2-3 friends who are interested in renting the apartment at a relatively low price compared to the size on the condition that we keep access to the apartment when we are in Copenhagen 3-5 times a year (eg Summer and Christmas vacation). We will stay in two of the living rooms in one end of the apartment, leaving the bedrooms for you. We will have two couch beds so you have the option to use the living rooms when we are not there. We have tested this model before and it worked really well. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Nørrebro Station/Metro and Nørrebro Parken and close to many nice cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops.
