Vores lejlighed har fire gode værelser (tre soveværelser og et stort opholdsmiljø), to badeværelser, et viktualierum (spise-/forrådskammer) samt et opbevaringsrum på den ene altan. Derudover har lejligheden to solrige altaner. Om Området I får en perfekt kombination af det maritime miljø ved kanalen og havnen, de grønne omgivelser på Amager Fælled og nærheden til byens liv. Fisketorvet ligger lige rundt om hjørnet, og I har nem adgang til indkøbsmuligheder, skole, dagtilbud samt metro og S-tog. Derudover har I adgang til at bade i vandet, når vejret er godt. Køkken og stue i ét Lyst og luftigt. Dagslyset strømmer på tværs af rummet, og takket være altanerne kan I let komme ud under åben himmel. God plads Boligen er ideel til en familie, som kan se frem til et separat forældresoveværelse med eget badeværelse. Dertil kommer yderligere to gode værelser og et badeværelse. Til opbevaring har boligen et viktualierum til fx tørvarer samt et stort opbevaringsrum i den ene altan. Solrige altaner Med en altan på hver side af lejligheden er det muligt at nyde solen på alle tidspunkter af dagen, og fra begge altaner kan I følge livet til vands eller gå ned for at bade i vandet. Bemærk: - Har I bil, er det muligt at leje en privat parkeringsplads af os i kælderen, som der er direkte adgang til via elevatoren. - Har I brug for en ladestander, kan det evt. arrangeres mod betaling. - Lejligheden udlejes gerne fuldt møbleret (som vist på billederne) mod en aftalt betaling. Our apartment has four great rooms (three bedrooms and a large living area), two bathrooms, a dining/food storage room, and a storage room on one of the balconies. Additionally, the apartment has two sunny balconies. About the Area You will experience a perfect combination of the maritime environment by the canal and harbor, the green surroundings of Amager Fælled, and proximity to the city's vibrancy. Fisketorvet (shopping center) is just around the corner, and you have easy access to shopping, schools, daycare, and both metro and trains.
