We’re renting out our apartment while our family set off on a little adventure. The apartment is available from December 1st, 2024, to the end of April 2025, and it’ll come fully furnished. The apartment is a cozy, two-story duplex flat in the best part of Amagerbro, just around the corner from Christianshavn and Islands Brygge. The apartment is part of a newly built residential area close to multiple grocery stores, the university, multiple different gyms (Spinning, CrossFit, yoga studios), cafes, and a dip in the harbor! Downstairs, there’s a nice kitchen and a comfy living room, and upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and an office) and a spacious bathroom. Plus, we’ve got a small terrace and direct access to a lovely courtyard. All appliances are available, incl. a washer and a dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and so on. The home is kid-friendly and we provide baby gates for the stairs. We prioritize renting out to couples or families who can make our home their home for the entire duration of the lease (5 months).
