We are renting out our modern 2-bedroom apartment in Grønttorvet, ideal for couples with kids. Built in 2020, it features contemporary design and all modern amenities. Just 700 meters to the new metro (9 minutes to central station), S-trains, and buses. The beach is 2km away, with cafes, bakeries, an Italian restaurant, and a bike rental shop within 100 meters. We are moving to Sri Lanka for work for two months and will be renting out our place during this time.
