Very nice, fully furnished, city renovated apartment available for from May 1st until October 1st (or September 15). Relatively new and large kitchen and bathroom and three independent rooms which can all be used for bedrooms (/extra guest room/office). The apartment is on a quiet one-way street to Istedgade, but close to the nightlife on Vesterbro: Meat packing district, the "café-part" of Istedgade (after the red light district), Vesterbro Square and the lakes. And a short walk from the Central station, Tivoli or the harbor bath by Fisketorvet. There is a roof terrace with BBQ facilities in an adjacent building, and a basket ball court next door. The apartment has washing machine, dish washer and an attic to dry clothes. Furnished with everything, and limited extra space if you bring furniture with you. The three bedrooms are all different: 1. Biggest room, facing street. Small double bed (135 cm), but desk, chair, etc. 2. Smaller room: facing yard. Double bed (140 cm), big closet. 3. Smaller room: facing yard, next to living room. Big bed, "tempur" (memory foam) mattress (160 cm), shelves, etc. Nice bathroom with some signs of use. Good, spacious kitchen. The living room is big and has both an area of watching TV (large TV) and an area to dine/work etc. I rent out the apartment over summer while I live in an allotment garden (kolonihave). I would like someone who takes good care of the it, so maximum three people, nice and respectful. And someone who can commit to the the whole period to avoid getting new people renting. Stor, lys stue med arbejdsplads, ret nyt køkken og bad, 3 soveværelser i alt. Fin gård, og tagterasse med grill. Søde naboer, og perfekt placering i forhold til en dejlig sommer på Vesterbro, med Vesterbros Torv, Skydebanehaven, byliv på Istedgade og Kødbyen, og kort afstand til havnebad ved Fisketorvet, Tivoli etc. Udlejes møbleret med bla tempurseng etc, og der er ikke meget plads til egne større ting. Jeg vil gerne leje til nogen, der vil passe rigtigt godt på lejligheden. Ingen rygning indendørs. Forbrug er inkl. det hele - internet, licens etc.
