Hello Prospective Tenant, We are travelling for 4 months (from October 1st, 2024 to January 31st, 2024) and we would like to sublease our apartment at beautiful Skovbrynet Lyngby. You will have access to everything in the fully furnished apartment except one room, which will be locked with our things (see the floor plan in the attached picture). The place is ideal for a single person. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed. The utilities includes everything including high speed internet, water, heating and electricity.
