Jeg planlægger at leje i stueetagen i min duplex-lejlighed. Jeg bor på øverste etage i lejligheden beliggende ved Farum Midtpunkt. Lejligheden er tættere på offentlig transport, indkøbscenter og har mange grønne steder rundt omkring.
Stueetagen har 2 værelser i størrelse 14m2 og 16m2. Stueetagen har sit eget lille køkken, et lille opbevaringsrum, toilet, badeværelse (med badeflig) og en stor terrasse (10m2).
Der er også parkering (underjordisk) plads. Kæledyr er tilladt på ejendommen.
Den samlede størrelse af lejligheden i stueetagen er omkring 55m2. Leje for en enkelt beboer er 6500 (inklusive varme, elektricitet, vand, vaskeri, grundlæggende tv-pakke og internet) og depositum er på 13000. Hvis du bruger overskydende ressourcer, bliver du opkrævet i overensstemmelse hermed.
NB: Jeg har nogle møbler i kælderen, hvis du vil, kan du bruge dem.

I'm planning to rent the ground floor of my duplex apartment. I live on the top floor of the apartment located at the Farum Midtpunkt. The apartment is closer to public transport, shopping center and has many green places all around.
The ground floor has 2 rooms sized 14m2 and 16m2. The ground floor has its own small kitchen, a small storage room, toilet, bathroom (with bath-tab) and a big terrace (10m2).
Parking (underground) space is also available. Pets are allowed at the property.
It is important to note that both the top and the ground floor share a common entrance to the apartment, contact me only when you are okay with it.
The total size of the ground floor apartment is around 55m2. Rent for a single occupant is 6500 (including heat, electricity, water, laundry, basic tv package, and internet) and the deposit is 13000. If you use excess resources then you will be charged accordingly.
NB: I've some furniture at the cellar, if you want, then you can use them.
