FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT. 1/12 2024 - 1/6 2025. Possibility of subletting from 1 November to 1 July, should it be necessary. As I will be taking a semester in Vietnam (social educator), I am subletting my own accommodation during that period. Should it be necessary, however, I can stay somewhere else in November and/or June. I am incredibly happy with the apartment - it is really nice and cosy, so I will try to avoid having to cancel it. I myself have lived here for more than 2 years. The neighbors are an elderly lady and a gentleman who are always completely quiet from all the neighbors - the really nice ones. Laundry room is in the basement. I'm a lousy photographer so the pictures don't show how nice it really is - but please come and see it ❤ - 2 bedroom - 50 sqm apartment, but really sensibly furnished. - Insanely good location, in the middle of Aalborg. - Østre Anlæg on one side, Nordkraft on the other. - Right next to bus departures for Uni/everything. - Sun from approximately 12:00 until sunset. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (but is of course allowed on the balcony.) I am not a smoker myself and there has never been smoking in the apartment/balcony. The same applies to pets - 1 pet may be allowed, but has never had one in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for sharing. The apartment is emptied of personal items but all kitchen items, TV, whatever you want can remain. Price: I myself spend around DKK 6,900 per month on rent, heating, electricity, water and internet. I would be okay with DKK 5,900 all inclusive. Before moving in: Would be payment for the first and last month of rent + 1 month of deposit. That would mean if you moved in from November to 1st of June, you would prepay rent for November + May. Then I am responsible for the difference/loss while I travel.
